1.1. Glimmer Ltd (“Glimmer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company incorporated on the 14th December 2007 under the laws of Malta, with registration number C-43108 and with registered address at 115B, Suite 3, Old Mint Street, Valletta. 1.2. Glimmer trades under the brand Portomasolive.com (accordingly any reference to Portomasolive.com shall be construed as constituting a reference to Glimmer) and operates the site www.portomasolive.com (the “Website”).
1.4. Glimmer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions including any of the game specific rules at any time. Any such changes will be promptly notified to you. Should there be any material changes to these Terms & Conditions, you will promptly be notified of such changes and prior to accessing and using your account for the first time after such changes take place you will be required to expressly re-confirm your acceptance. In the event that, following any possible changes, you not wish to continue using the services of Glimmer anymore, you may withdraw all your available funds and close your account.
1.5. These Terms and Conditions are published in English and may be published in a number of other languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and versions in other languages, the version most beneficial to you shall prevail.
1.6. The Rules constitutes the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Glimmer with respect to the Website.
2.1. Glimmer Ltd operates the Website under the Licence MGA/B2C/155/2008, duly issued by the Malta Gaming Authority on 21/07/2009, enabling Glimmer to provide gaming services by remote means.

3.1. In order to access our range of services and products and participate in any offered game (the “Games”) you need to register with Portomasolive, open a personal account (the “Account”) and fund it in accordance with Section 5 below.
3.2. In order to open an Account with us you must be at least 18 years old or, in the case of Estonian nationals, not less than 21 years of age. It is your responsibility to verify that, when opening an Account and conducting business with us, you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and are not breaking any law. Under no circumstances can minors register as players or hold an Account. We reserve the right to request proof of age and perform checks in order to verify your age. We reserve the right to suspend your Account until satisfactory proof of your age is provided.

3.4. Employees of Glimmer Ltd and their immediate family members may not register with Portomasolive and open an Account.
3.5. By submitting your application for opening an Account with Portomasolive, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions at all times, and also warrant and represent that you are:
- A natural person;
- Not restricted by limited legal capacity;
- Not acting in the interests or on behalf of any third party;
- Not utilising funds originating from any criminal activity or activities;
- Not utilising bank accounts, debit cards, credit card/s you are not authorised to use;
- Not going to attempt to hack the website or, to alter its code in any way;
- Not going to take part or organise any criminal actions against Glimmer, its affiliates, and its Players.
- Not use bots, robots, spyware or any other software program to play or predict any casino game offered;
3.6. In the event of a Player not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned in 3.4, Glimmer will close the account and may confiscate the available funds.
3.7. In order to open an Account you must correctly fill in the online registration form found on the website and provide, at least, the following information:
- Your name and surname;
- Your date of birth;
- Your full residential address;
- Your email address or your mobile phone number.
3.9. You must submit true and correct information during the registration and you agree to keep such information updated at all times should there be any changes to the personal data provided.
3.10. During the registration process you will be requested to choose your login name and password (the “Login Details”). After the registration you may change your password at any time.
3.11. You must keep your Login Details secret at all times. In this respect, we advise you not to write down your Login Details password in a way that can be easily found or used. We also advise you to log out after any gaming session and not to leave your computer unattended when logged in so that you can prevent any one using his account without his consent. We also advise you to construct a robust password which contains upper case and lower case alphabetical characters and numbers with a minimum length of six characters.
3.11. If one or more bets is placed using your Login Details it will be considered to have been made by you and therefore shall be accepted and deemed valid.
3.12 . You are and shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices in connection with for Your participation in any of the Games. Glimmer Ltd hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate or terminate your participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour;
Account Management and Usage
4.1. .Glimmer manages Player’s Accounts, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
4.2. You are restricted to opening only one account or having one active account at any point in time. You are only allowed to make deposits to or request withdrawals from your Account in accordance with Section 5 “Deposits and Withdrawals” below; It is prohibited to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players as well as to transfer funds between Accounts.
4.3. All accounts are opened and transacted in the Euro currency.
4.4. Accounts are not interest bearing. No interest shall be paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in your Account. Glimmer is not, and does not purport to be, a financial institution.
4.5. It is your responsibility to keep track of winnings and report them to the proper authorities, if you reside in a jurisdiction where those winnings are taxable.
4.6. In respect of your Account, at all times, we reserve the right at our discretion to:
- Refuse to open an account or close an existing account without having to provide any justification. In this case any contractual obligations already arisen, shall be honoured;
- Decline to accept deposits without having to provide any justification;
- Verify to our satisfaction, also by requesting documents or other evidences: (i) your identity and the other personal data provided when registering with Portomasolive; and (ii) your authorisation to use a certain method of payment. Requested documentation may include, but is not limited to: be certified copies of photo id’s, bank statements, references, last utility bill Verification requests may be made at any time and we reserve the right to suspend or limit your Account pending any investigation.
- Suspend and/or cancel your participation in the games, promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever we deem that there are legitimate concerns that your Account is, has been, or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices, including promotion abuses;
- Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on your Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly: (i) these T&Cs have been violated; and/or (ii) other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with the operation of your Account (such as, but not limited to, breach of the law or other regulations, breach of a third party’s rights, fraud, and cheating);
Verify to our satisfaction any unspent or unused funds in your Account.
4.7. Following uninterrupted inactivity (i.e.: when no login is performed on the platform and/or no transactions are recorded) for a duration of at least 12 months, your Account will be considered “Inactive”. In respect of Inactive Accounts, provided that we will notify you at least 30 days before your Account is due to become such, we may charge a monthly, administrative/maintenance fee of five euros (€5) which fee will be deducted from your available balance. Where your Account does not have any available balance no fees will be charged.
4.8. If your Account remains Inactive following your self-exclusion from the Website, we will not charge any administrative/maintenance fees, however, if, after the lapse of the self-exclusion period, no activities in terms of clause 4.7 above are recorded for one additional month, we may start charging the administrative/maintenance fee.
4.9. We reserve the right to close any Inactive account with no available balance where no activities in terms of clause 4.7 above are recorded for one additional month following our notice in this regard.
4.10. If you wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, you are advised to contact our Customer Support at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.11. An Account Holder may, in the Portomasolive Account settings:
a) set a limit on the amount that they may wager or deposit into their Portomasolive Account within a specified period of time;
b) exclude themselves from playing for a definite period of time.
Deposit & Withdrawals
5.1. Once you have registered with Portomasolive in order to wager you need to fund your Account. We offer a wide range of payment methods:
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard);

- E-Wallet (Moneybookers, Neteller, Webmoney, PaySafe Card, iDeal).
5.2. Card and E-Wallet deposits are automated – once your deposit transaction is authorized by your issuer, the funds will be credited to your Account and your balance will be instantly updated.
5.3. Bank Wire deposits will be credited to your account by Customer Support as soon as they appear as cleared funds on the specified bank account. You may speed up this process by ensuring that you quote your username & email as a reference on the deposit and notify the Customer Support team of the transfer details (amount, reference, bank account) as soon as the funds are sent.
5.4. The name on the credit card, E-Wallet or the bank transfer should be identical to that of the Player transferring the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
5.5. Depending on the payment method you choose to fund your Account, there might be minimum and maximum deposit requirements. Minimum and maximum deposit details will be promptly available on the Website whenever you wish to make a deposit.
5.6. At any time, you may decide to withdraw part or all funds from your Account by selecting amongst the various available options. Withdrawals can be requested from the “withdrawals” option within the “My Account” section. The default withdrawal method selected by the system will be the same one used to deposit, although in the case of pre-paid cards, Mastercard, and other means that do not allow for deposits, withdrawals will be deposited in an account to be indicated by the Player. Once requested, withdrawals will be held for authorization by Finance Department – once authorized, the funds will be paid to the customer. Please note that with respect withdrawals request, we are legally required to request proof of identity, address and a confirmation of the initial original deposit that was used to deposit credits, prior to processing a withdrawal request and to change the requested withdrawal method if and when appropriate.
5.7. Without prejudice to 5.6 we will do our utmost to process any withdrawal requests within three to five working days of the receipt of your request.
5.7. Depending on the currency, the frequency of your requests and the chosen withdrawal option, certain transaction fees may apply. We will inform you about the exact amount of these fees before the transaction takes place.
5.8. Depending on the payment method you choose to withdraw your funds, there might be minimum withdrawal requirements. Minimum withdrawal details will be promptly available on the Website whenever you wish to request a withdrawal. If the method of withdrawal you choose occasions any charges, these shall be made known to you and deducted from the funds demanded to be withdrawn.
5.9. Irrespective of the payment method chosen, all withdrawals will be processed at a maximum of € 5,000 or equivalent per day.
5.10. All transactions made by players on the Website are checked to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Authorities.
Any funds deposited in the Account must be utilised for the placing of bets. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the Player being reported to the relevant Authorities, freezing of the funds and could also lead to the closure of the account and confiscation of the funds.
5.11. At any time you can log in to your account and view a statement showing all transactions effected on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should you notice any mistakes you should immediately notify us so that the mistake can be rectified. You should report such a mistake within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available in your Account.
5.12. As a gaming operator we are required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering legislation and therefore we may check all transactions pertaining to your account and shall report to the relevant Authorities any suspicious activity.
5.13 If you become aware of any activities or transactions relating to the Website or the Games, you must report your suspicion, including any information that may result useful in such respect, to us immediately by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.14 When a total deposit of 2000 Euros or more from registration date, or when you accumulate a total bets or winning of a total of 2000Eur or more per session, we may ask for the below:

Participation in the Games
6.1. In order to participate in our Games you must have sufficient funds in your Account.
6.2. A bet can only be placed by a registered Player.
6.3. A bet can only be placed over the Internet.
6.4. A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer from Glimmer is received on your device or computer.
6.5. You guarantee that at the time you placed a bet or bets you had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective game and that no actions were or are being taken to affect the outcome of the games. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, we reserve the right to declare the bet void and refuse to pay out winnings. We also reserve the right to take any further action to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
6.6. We reserve the right to decline to accept bets without providing any reason.
6.7. The pay-out tables, minimum and maximum bets and game rules are all available for each game offered on the Website.com and we encourage you to read the relevant rules before playing any game.
6.8. A bet which has been placed and accepted cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by the Player.
6.9. A mistake regarding the details of a bet or bets will not influence the validity of the bet. Once no more bets are being taken you will not be able to change your bet/s.
6.10. You are fully responsible for the bets placed through your Account. We will never question you about the relevance of the bets you wish to place and will not be held responsible for the possible mistakes that could have been made during the placing of such bets, including mistakes regarding the placed amounts or betting option (such as colour, card, number, etc.) you would have selected.
6.11. Winnings will be paid into your Account after the final result is confirmed. However, we reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations into the result of a game resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected such result If the irregularity is confirmed then we retain the right to void any related bets and take any other action allowable by law.
6.12. Should we become aware that a Player has placed a number of bets from different accounts he has irregularly opened, all bets will be declared void. We retain the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
6.13. If bets, which exceed the stated amounts, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the Player.
6.14. We offer a number of live casino games which due to the live streaming requirements are in need of adequate bandwidth for the full enjoyment of the game and active and timely participation of the Player. It is recommended that only Players having the required bandwidth play the live games.
Bonus & Promotions
7.1. From time to time, as part of a sales promotion/marketing campaign, we may offer you Bonuses or other promotional offers by crediting your Account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn but must be used for the placing of bets.
7.2. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these T&Cs and to their specific terms and conditions which can be found in the ‘Promotions’ of the Website under the description of each and every promotion. Participation in any bonus or promotional offers implies full acceptance of general and specific terms and conditions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have fully read and understood the Terms & Conditions prior to the acceptance of any bonus or promotion.
7.3. Bonuses can be claimed only once per person and / or PC and / or IP address, including shared IP addresses, and / or family and / or household address and / or e-mail address and / or credit/debit card number and / or environments where computers are shared (e.g. Universities, schools, public libraries, workplace etc.).
7.4. All our promotions are limited to Real-money players only. Real-money players are players who have activated their account by placing a minimum required deposit of €10. Our bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements which are specified in each of the relevant promotion’s terms and conditions. When any bonus or promotional offer subject to wagering requirements is active, withdrawals may be subject to restrictions, which are specified in each of the relevant promotion’s terms and conditions, until the wagering requirements are met in full.
7.5. We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that players are participating in strategies that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be abusive, we reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of such player to the promotion. Furthermore, if upon such review, the Player’s activities have been deemed to be “Promotion Abuse”, we reserve the right to take any actions we deems necessary, at our sole discretion, against such abusers such as preventing further participation in the relevant and any other promotion and forfeiting winnings generated from Promotion Abuses.
7.6. Glimmer reserves the following rights:
- To deny a Player any bonus where such Player has been identified as a bonus abuser by Glimmer. In such occurrences, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not be eligible to benefit from the bonus or promotion he / she is judged to have abused.
- To remove unused Bonus balance after 30 days from the day the bonus is credited.
- To refuse a promotion or bonus for any reason deemed valid and appropriate including, but not restricted to, promotion abuse by a player.
- To audit any and all withdrawal and reserves the right to reclaim any bonuses or winnings for failed audits. In the event of failed audit, the original deposit will be credited back to the Player’s account.
- To discontinue or cancel any promotion or bonus if management deems it appropriate without prior notification.
- To forfeit bonuses at its own discretion if players bet over 5% of the credited bonus amount.
7.7. In case of a dispute in respect of Bonuses and Promotions, the verdict of the Malta Gaming Authority will be considered final.
7.8. A player can refuse to participate in any or all of Glimmer promotions by sending an email at: email@example.com giving details of his/her account and the promotion he/she would like to be excluded from. Following such communication, a member of Glimmer/Grinder customer support team will proceed to subtract the bonus from the said player’s account.
7.9. Employees of Glimmer or any company or entity associated to it in any way and their immediate family members of may not take part in any bonus or promotion offered by Glimmer/Grinder.
7.10. Wagering requirements relating to bonuses credited on Live and Virtual Casino games provided by Grinder Ltd. are subject to the following, additional conditions:
Stakes from Live Casino and RNG games have the contribution weighting stated below:
Amounts staked on Blackjack, regardless of the version, Punto Banco and roulette will count toward any relevant wagering requirement in the measure of 10% of the stake. For example, a bet of €100 on Black Jack will be calculated as €10 for the purpose of wagering requirements.
Furthermore, any bets on roulette which includes “Zero”, “Red” or “Black”, “Even” or “Odd” or which is an “Outside Bet” (1 to 18 / 19 to 36) or a “Dozen Bet” (1 to 12 / 13 to 24 / 25 to 36) will not count toward wagering requirements.
7.11. Unless otherwise stated players residing in one of ten following Countries are not eligible for any bonus campaigns:

7.12. Residents of US, France, Spain, China, Japan and Turkey are excluded from all bonus promotions.
7.13. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses or free spins awarded without any deposit requirements (“No-Deposit Bonus”), must be wagered 45 times on slots and 55 times on live games before any winning generated from them can be withdrawn. To request a withdrawal from a no deposit bonus the player must first make a minimum deposit of €10.

8.2. We will use our reasonable endeavours to enforce our responsible gambling policies, to provide you with support and with assistance and guidance in the use of our Responsible Gaming tools; nevertheless we do not accept any responsibility or liability if you continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or we are unable to enforce such measures for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
Miscarried and Aborted Games
9.1. Should your device malfunction or your internet connection be lost after a bet has been placed and received on our system, the bet will be accepted and will be considered valid. The outcome of the game can be checked after the Player’s device or connection are functioning properly again.
9.2. In the case of Live Blackjack should your device or connection be lost and the your cards are still below 16 points then another card or cards will be drawn until the points total exceeds 16 or 21. You will be credited with any winnings. No more bets will be placed after the connection is lost or a player does not communicate with the croupier for 2 minutes.
9.3. Should any of our systems malfunction before a result is determined then all confirmed bets will be immediately declared void and bets that have been confirmed will be credited back to your Account.
10.1. In the event that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction through the above procedures and without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in any competent Court, you may wish to bring a claim before the Malta Arbitration Centre as a registered Alternative Dispute Resolution. Provided that the Arbitration Centre does not classify the action as vexatious or frivolous then the Company shall bear the entire costs of the action.

11.4 The maximum aggregate liability of Glimmer is for direct damages arising from gross negligence of or deliberate actions carried out by its management, employees or vicarious agents in connection with these Terms and Conditions will never be any higher than the available funds on the Player’s account or the amount of the bets involved in the deliberate or negligent act.
11.5. Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining Terms & Conditions would retain their validity.
